Just a Tip in uploading your Profile Photo :
I notice that the site automatically reduces all Profile pics to 183 x 183 Pixels ..so it may pay you to either reduce your original pic to that or even less ,,and that may stop heads being cut off ..failing that ..it may be something that could be a network Ning issue ..which I will try to resolve.
It doesn't seem to effect however pics that are uploaded to you personal photo files on your home page. However if you do upload personal
